Depending on your individual health goals, you may need to adjust the meal plans based on your specific caloric and nutrient requirements. You can use a tool like Cronometer or MyFitnessPal app to further track the macronutrients of each recipe.
Yes. Monthly members are not required to commit to more than one month at a time, however there are no refunds granted for our annual subscription, upon cancellation.
Yes! Monthly members can upgrade to an annual membership at any time to experience extra savings.
When you sign up for a monthly membership, you will be billed upon sign up and then once monthly on the same day of the month that you joined.
